All our prices are in Canadian dollars. All USA orders are subject to your countries customs duties and taxes. That's right, we ship all across CANADA and USA. We ship to all major city areas where Canada Post delivers.



30 Day Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is top priority at If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns may be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Item(s) can be returned by mail or to the store. Item must NOT be damaged or altered in any way. If the item is in its original condition, your refund will be issued less any shipping and handling charges.

Return process

To return an item you must start by requesting an authorization from the "my account" section of the website. Locate the order from your list of orders and click on return request button to start the process.

If the returned item is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping

Personalized and custom goods

Personalized and custom pieces are not eligible for return and considered final sale.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with picture before you decide to ship back the product. We will get back to you with options.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We will send you return shipping information by email.

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
